Registration

1. Registration is mandatory for all participants to attend the conference.
2. Each participant must complete the registration form and pay the applicable fees to confirm their participation.
3. Registration is non-transferable without prior written approval from the organizing committee.

Payment Policy

1. All payments must be made in INR (for domestic participants) or USD (for international participants) through the designated online/offline modes only.
2. Registration will be confirmed only after successful payment.
3. Any applicable bank charges, transaction fees, or taxes must be borne by the participant.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations must be notified in writing to the organizing committee.
• Registration fees is not refundable
• Refunds will be processed as follows:

Substitution Policy

1. If a registered participant is unable to attend, a substitute delegate from the same organization may attend at no additional cost.
2. The substitution request must be communicated at least 7 days before the conference.

Accommodation & Travel

1. Registration fees do not include accommodation, travel, or personal expenses.

       2. Participants are responsible for making their own travel and accommodation arrangements.

Conference Materials

1. Registered participants will receive an official conference kit, which includes a program booklet, ID badge, and other materials.
2. Entry to sessions, workshops, and social events requires a valid conference ID badge.

Code of Conduct

1. Participants are expected to maintain professional and respectful behavior throughout the event.
2. The organizing committee reserves the right to remove any participant engaging in disruptive or inappropriate conduct.

Privacy & Data Protection

1. By registering, participants consent to the use of their name, affiliation, and photograph for conference-related communications and promotional purposes.

       2. Personal data will be handled confidentially and not shared with third parties without consent, except as required for conference logistics.

Liability Disclaimer

1. The organizers shall not be held responsible for personal accidents, illness, loss, or damage to personal property during the conference.
2. Participants are advised to arrange their own travel insurance.

Changes & Postponement

1. The organizing committee reserves the right to make necessary changes to the conference program, speakers, dates, or venue.

     2. In case of postponement due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions), registrations will be carried forward to the rescheduled dates.
